Still wearing two hats in my last position between July 2018 and March 2020 I had great responsabilities in marketing and sales.

My responsabilities were, but not limited to: product development, marketing highlights coordination, PR coordination, promotional events, in-store activation.

I would like to present you some of the projects I have managed and I have been part of.

July 2018 - March 2020

Brand and Sales Coordinator, Ladurée UK

  • Marketing coordination

Sales team support (POS) and training
Managing the coordination and implementation of the global marketing plan in the UK (product launches, pricing, promotion, visual merchandising, forecast)
Supporting new store launches and local marketing plans
Performing analysis of retail marketing highlights based on sales figures and feedback from consumers
Organisation of marketing events and in-store activations and liaise with all necessary suppliers/internal stakeholders

  • Product development for the UK market - NDP

Benchmarking and initial brief
Management of the Marketing Mix (price, promotion, placement, product, packaging)
Monitoring performance based on sales and customer’s feedback

  • Sales coordination

Achieved a sales level of 40% over total generated turnover in the department
Increased business with existing clients introducing new services and products
Converted prospects into sales
Improved processes and implemented easier practices for customer orders

  • PR coordination

Press Release coordination and promotion

Main point of contact with the PR agency
Small to medium scale events to improve awareness of the brand
